Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
Cloudy and Breezy conditions tonight kept us closed.  I saw radar returns as well in the county but not sure if they were real or not.  Humidity rose just above closure limits during the later part of the 2nd half tonight.
We gave up at 05:00 when there was no time left to get the data needed and the weather conditions did not permit us to open either.
Temps hovered just above freezing all night.
