Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
During first half, we had clouds and some snow falling in addition to high humidity and wind >15 mph.  I wasn't sure if the lower wind limit was necessary, but there were enough other wetaher coniditions not to have to worry about it.
Second half, the sky was clear and the humidity and wind were both teasing at the limits, until finally both dropped after 4 am.
Temperatures were around -5 C to -10 C, humidity 87% improving to 40% at the end of the night.
