dataq needed a restart
arctic had all quads bad and reading high. I did an init and was able to bring the quad drop back after about 5-6 attempts. The temperature when the quad came back was 203K.
The night started out with clouds and poor seeing. While the seeing greatly improved, the clouds didn't. By 3:30am we were under complete cloud cover and, while we stayed open, OU02 gave up on sky and just focused on cals.
