Due to the lower wind limit tonight we were unable to open at all. After 23:00, we were over the regular wind limits as well. Wind gusts peaked around 50mph a few times during the night. Arctic filter wheel was reading ? and needed to be homed at checkout. There was nothing on radar when we got flurries in the air at 23:30. We did have nearby radar for most of B half. Gave up around 4am with no hope of opening. All of the instruments have been filled. Temperatures were about -5C all night, humidity over 90% at the start of the night but dropped to about 75% before 20:00, and around 60% at the end of the night. I did not run the snow program because when the BY03 observer wasn't taking cals, the wind gusts were too high (or marginal) to be moving the dome around.
