We didn't get much sun today to melt the snow we got this morning, only about 1/4 inch.  I could see it still on the roof of the buildings as well as on the catwalk of the 3.5m dome.  I imposed a 15MPH wind limit (and below freezing temps) tonight.
My first alt/az slew of the 3.5m resulted in a motion error that halted both axis before anything really moved.  Second slew, slewing each axis independant, worked fine.  Telescope slewed fine afterwards.
Clouds and humidity and wind kept us closed at sunset.
We stayed closed while the winds were above 15MPH, and just as soon as the wind dropped to where I could open Clouds formed right on top of us!  It had been clear the past coouple of hours while we were waiting for the wind.
The clouds never went away and my observer gave up at 04:50
I parked the telescope due south to melt any snow off the enclosure.
