Big thanks to Shane and everyone who fixed things! This is also why the first few hours of the Weather Log are missing data. We couldn't open during this time anyway due to mirror temperatures and wind speeds too high given the limitations we have tonight due to ice and snow remaining on the dome, so time lost is marked as due to weather. A little after 02:00 the wind speeds came down under 15mph and stayed there, so we opened up! We closed up at the end of the night for twilight and cals. Dome is parked south. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 03:43 klow 445( 746) 172 46 -0.4 -1.2 -1.5 -1.9 -0.9 -- 1.81 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 ?? clear none 17:00 ?? clear none 18:00 ?? clear none 19:00 ?? clear humid 20:00 28 19 13 21 (NNE) clear none 21:00 29 14 13 48 (NE) clear none 22:00 30 14 11 47 (NE) clear none 23:00 30 12 4 36 (NE) clear none 00:00 30 12 16 51 (NE) clear none 01:00 30 9 12 48 (NE) 85 clear none 02:00 30 7 1 115 (ESE) 55 clear none 03:00 33 6 5 20 (NNE) 31 clear none 04:00 31 5 8 100 (E) 42 clear none 05:00 32 5 11 71 (ENE) 52 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
