Observing Specialist: C.Gray
The agile rotator failed on the first rotation. It was fine after an axis init with no further problems. The thing that DID cause problems were the clouds. It was supposed to be clear tonight but we had clouds all night. It was bad enough that OU03 gave up 30 min of their time to BY01 after they were weathered out for over an hour. BY01 also struggled with the clouds and didn't get good data. Things did clear up a little for UW01 but the clouds rolled back in at 4am. Then there were radar returns. we called it shortly after 4:00.
