Not good data. But there was continuum. Now, B half...yeah, we couldn't even get much on a 3rd magnitude star. Given the high winds (gusting to 36 mph), the thick cloud cover (which was only expected to get worse), and the fact NM04 needed 2 hours of clear skies, we called it a little before 3 am. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:41 kosmos 655( 656) -10 70 10.0 0.1 0.4 -0.3 -1.1 -- 1.13 21:06 kosmos 464( 384) -54 61 10.0 -1.6 -1.8 -2.8 -2.4 -- 1.17 01:30 klow 385( 308) 108 62 10.0 -1.6 -1.8 -2.3 -2.2 -- 2.81 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 7 232 (SW) 577 mstly clr none 17:00 10 245 (WSW) 384 mstly clr none 18:00 10 235 (SW) 361 mstly clr none 19:00 13 188 (S) 369 mstly clr none 20:00 14 214 (SW) 927 ptly cldy none 21:00 16 232 (SW) 663 mstly cldy none 22:00 12 186 (S) 718 mstly cldy none 23:00 16 177 (S) 950 mstly cldy none 00:00 27 163 (SSE) 812 mstly cldy none 01:00 29 153 (SSE) 958 mstly cldy none 02:00 24 161 (SSE) 843 cloudy none 03:00 27 185 (S) 755 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
