Observing Specialist: C.Gray
We had a lot of lightning last night and this afternoon and there must have been a power flicker as the mirror covers needed resetting. The clouds cleared, though the humidity stayed high, for 2.5 hrs during A half and we were able to get on sky! Seeing was moderate and we were able to give A half their exoplanet transit.
Sadly, the humidity went too high and we closed at 22:30. The humidity stayed high and we had fog on and off for the rest of the night. Things were only getting worse after 5am and I called it. Maybe the class will get on sky tomorrow night...
No problems tonight.
