Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
We opened in twilight after the thunderstorms had cleared off, but then the clouds moved in again and we closed hastily when droplets appeared on the IRSC.  Then we tried again for an opening a little later and got some actual usable data!  Until an outflow from a big storm to the east brought us clouds and gusty winds and (later) high humidity.  The various bad conditions traded shifts with each other until morning twilight.
