While things seemed to have improved, the dust spiked again near 4am and we were not able to reopen. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:28 ecamera 519( 630) 44 49 18.9 20.3 20.5 19.6 19.8 ND2 0.94 22:16 ecamera 397( 407) 123 40 18.1 17.9 18.7 17.6 17.7 clear 1.57 01:28 tcamera 312( 1482) 257 47 16.2 16.2 16.8 16.1 16.1 -- 1.27 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 74 27 16 272 (W) 1571 clear none 17:00 71 24 9 265 (W) 1525 clear none 18:00 74 23 17 262 (W) 1539 clear none 19:00 71 24 15 254 (WSW) 1562 clear none 20:00 68 25 18 262 (W) 1501 clear none 21:00 66 27 17 243 (WSW) 1691 clear none 22:00 65 28 12 243 (WSW) 1712 clear none 23:00 64 28 13 242 (WSW) 1703 clear none 00:00 62 30 14 194 (SSW) 3210 clear dust 01:00 61 32 22 211 (SSW) 3876 clear none 02:00 61 32 14 198 (SSW) 2914 clear none 03:00 59 32 11 186 (S) 3133 clear none 04:00 58 32 12 195 (SSW) 4044 clear dust 05:00 57 32 10 204 (SSW) 5505 clear dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
