Winds were a bit high in the afternoon, peaking at 37 mph but it calmed down near sunset. I could clearly see smoke from the Gila fire but it didn't seem to be over us. I didn't see any pollen tonight on the pollen counter and hardly any dust during B half. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:15 dcamera 445( 1201) -2 30 14.4 14.9 14.9 14.6 14.3 -- 1.29 01:18 dcamera 526( 1155) 266 78 13.4 12.9 13.4 13.0 13.1 -- 1.21 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 66 17 25 244 (WSW) 1498 clear none 17:00 66 12 25 246 (WSW) 1594 clear none 18:00 64 7 25 261 (W) 1579 clear none 19:00 62 8 25 267 (W) 1605 clear none 20:00 59 10 18 263 (W) 1791 clear none 21:00 58 10 15 266 (W) 1725 clear none 22:00 58 10 19 267 (W) 1696 clear none 23:00 58 10 15 265 (W) 1674 clear none 00:00 57 10 10 265 (W) 1457 clear none 01:00 56 8 16 274 (W) 1482 clear none 02:00 56 11 14 273 (W) 1480 clear none 03:00 54 12 12 266 (W) 1439 clear none 04:00 54 13 12 274 (W) 1419 clear none 05:00 53 15 14 291 (WNW) 1397 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
