So I prioritized throughput for the first half engineering. Second half I updated the Tspec inst block, did some tests to try to reproduce pointing errors, and fixed collimation. Then I had to close for a smoke spike, but all around it was a pretty productive night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:31 arctic 446( 1616) 1 52 18.5 19.4 19.7 18.8 19.1 sdss_r 0.89 04:10 shack 350( 1830) 132 65 16.0 14.5 15.3 14.4 14.8 - 1.20 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 75 24 28 212 (SSW) 2958 clear none 17:00 76 15 25 199 (SSW) 2838 clear none 18:00 72 6 22 227 (SW) 1945 clear none 19:00 71 5 19 194 (SSW) 1915 clear none 20:00 66 3 19 243 (WSW) 1649 clear none 21:00 65 4 13 248 (WSW) 1664 clear none 22:00 64 7 11 234 (SW) 2382 clear none 23:00 63 5 10 259 (W) 2199 clear none 00:00 63 2 8 264 (W) 1419 clear none 01:00 62 1 9 307 (NW) 1437 clear none 02:00 61 3 11 307 (NW) 1500 clear none 03:00 61 2 6 291 (WNW) 1443 clear none 04:00 60 2 13 318 (NW) 3466 clear smoke 05:00 60 2 11 280 (W) 8316 clear smoke Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
