AP01 handed over early due to clouds. Tertiary failed to clamp at BC1 at start of night; rotated to TR1 and back to BC1 and it was successful. KOSMOS had a write to disk error during NM02 cals, fixed by restarting kosmos-icc. Had to do hub startNubs gcam + gcam init at the start of B-half. JH07 tried valiantly to observe nebulae through the clouds but was unable to continue after 04:00 and we gave up at 05:00. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:43 APOLLO 425( 1878) 282 48 9.8 10.9 11.4 10.2 9.8 530 1.20 20:26 kosmos 459( 1126) 13 60 9.7 9.9 10.6 9.7 9.8 -- 1.21 01:24 kosmos 423( 1022) 97 47 8.1 8.3 9.0 8.2 8.3 -- 1.56 03:38 arctic 423( 982) 74 76 5.4 6.7 7.2 6.6 6.7 SDSS_r 1.13 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 59 15 14 236 (SW) 1031 ptly cldy none 17:00 56 10 15 263 (W) 838 ptly cldy none 18:00 56 12 10 255 (WSW) 1252 ptly cldy none 19:00 53 9 11 265 (W) 1479 ptly cldy none 20:00 50 6 11 257 (WSW) 1681 mstly clr none 21:00 50 6 8 239 (WSW) 1777 mstly clr none 22:00 50 7 8 280 (W) 2020 clear none 23:00 49 7 7 261 (W) 2087 clear none 00:00 49 8 11 264 (W) 2117 clear none 01:00 48 8 12 259 (W) 1986 clear none 02:00 44 9 12 238 (WSW) 2037 mstly cldy none 03:00 43 10 4 206 (SSW) 1872 mstly cldy none 04:00 44 9 11 217 (SW) 1807 mstly cldy none 05:00 43 11 8 191 (S) 1807 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
