The internet problems were resolved before sunset. Much of A-half had thin cirrus overhead, but it didn't cause any real issues with echelle observations; indeed, we had pretty good seeing for A half. The clouds were a little worse during B-half, but still not bad enough to close. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:35 ecamera 496( -156) 30 39 6.8 8.1 7.8 7.9 6.9 ND3 0.97 22:24 ecamera 402( -336) 184 63 7.5 6.6 7.2 6.7 6.9 ND1 0.71 01:13 arctic 463( 796) -16 52 6.2 5.9 6.5 6.0 6.1 SDSS_r 1.09 05:39 tcamera 436( 844) 300 46 4.6 4.2 4.8 4.1 4.4 Ks 1.14 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 51 28 22 219 (SW) 1032 mstly clr none 17:00 47 28 16 207 (SSW) 1109 mstly clr none 18:00 45 25 16 208 (SSW) 1036 mstly clr none 19:00 44 25 17 197 (SSW) 1045 mstly clr none 20:00 45 24 18 187 (S) 1578 mstly clr none 21:00 45 23 16 190 (S) 1078 mstly clr none 22:00 46 23 25 212 (SSW) 1208 mstly clr none 23:00 45 23 23 201 (SSW) 1238 mstly clr none 00:00 45 22 22 206 (SSW) 1186 mstly clr none 01:00 43 25 22 215 (SW) 1604 ptly cldy none 02:00 44 25 18 211 (SSW) 1163 ptly cldy none 03:00 43 26 25 238 (WSW) 1038 mstly clr none 04:00 42 27 22 222 (SW) 1001 mstly clr none 05:00 40 28 19 209 (SSW) 1172 mstly clr none 06:00 40 30 12 184 (S) 1211 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
