I gave them a quick tour of the 3.5m telescope. BC1 didn't clamp initially, a second attemmpt by moving to TR2 port and then back fixed the issue. No problems tonight other than the clamp issue. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:02 arctic 758( 1260) -27 37 7.7 9.2 7.4 9.0 7.9 SII 1.54 19:03 NA2gdr -706(37293) -28 36 7.6 9.1 7.4 8.9 7.9 clear 1.70 19:40 arctic 620( 1050) -40 63 7.5 8.1 7.4 8.3 7.5 SII 0.93 22:01 arctic 494( 930) -157 58 10.1 8.0 8.7 7.7 9.2 SII 1.24 01:14 ecamera 342( -320) 79 48 9.4 8.1 9.0 7.7 8.7 ND3 0.88 06:08 APOLLO 350( 1447) 75 42 9.7 7.5 8.6 7.0 8.4 -- 1.70 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 46 36 7 346 (NNW) 833 clear none 17:00 45 37 1 249 (WSW) 804 mstly clr none 18:00 48 21 4 98 (E) 406 ptly cldy none 19:00 46 24 13 80 (E) 546 mstly clr none 20:00 46 24 11 59 (ENE) 526 mstly clr none 21:00 51 2 1 261 (W) 132 mstly clr none 22:00 50 0 1 307 (NW) 122 mstly clr none 23:00 51 -9 6 89 (E) 204 mstly clr none 00:00 51 -6 3 93 (E) 51 mstly clr none 01:00 50 -3 2 223 (SW) 86 mstly clr none 02:00 49 -4 2 199 (SSW) 63 mstly clr none 03:00 47 -4 1 225 (SW) 50 mstly clr none 04:00 49 -4 1 243 (WSW) 37 mstly clr none 05:00 50 -4 2 247 (WSW) 63 mstly clr none 06:00 49 -4 1 248 (WSW) 58 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
