Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
Triplespec was unavailable, so the scheduled first-half program ceded their time to the following program.
There were storms around at sunset, but I thought they were dissipating.  I opened for twilight sky flats, staying in the dome while the flats were going, and I concluded the weather was getting closer, so I closed after the flats.  I still thought we would be able to open later for science, but we ended up with several hours of rain and more hours of clouds, and then a little more rain to round out the night.
