Observing Specialist: J.Dembicky
Clouds and rain to start the night.  We finally opened around 02:45 after I felt the chances of precip were low enough and we had a shot at getting something before the next wave of cloud might hit us.  That was short lived.  By 03:30 clouds were causing issues and basically no data was taken after 03:45.  I remained open in hopes things would clear back up but by 04:30 we were still under clouds and the observer decided to throw in the towel for the night.
