I restarted the NICFPS ICS.  When I restarted the ICS I noticed a power off failed with the same error code 0x455252.  I proceeded with the wiki instructions for restarting NICFPS nubs.  All looked fine after restart, so apparently just restarting the ICS cleared the issue.  I updated the wiki with the resolution to this particular issue.
I worked on wiki stuff tonight.
We never opened.  Cloudy all night and a little rain off and on tonight as well.
