Observing Specialist: A.Townsend,R.McMillan
Clouds and humidity delayed the start of observing. We opened up for BY01 for half an hour but the clouds were not very cooperative during that time. Radar blips and rain (at ~22:35) kept us closed for the rest of A half.
By the start of B half, the clouds had cleared up quite a bit but the continuingly high humidity kept us closed. With relatively clear skies, we opened at about 02:45. We closed back up again at 4:40 when the clouds came back, but got some spectra of science targets while we were open!
The telescope and instruments all behaved themselves admirably, except for the frozen dewpoint sensors.
