Observing Specialist: A.Townsend,R.McMillan
There was light rain at the start of the night, and thick clouds and relatively high humidity/fog for the rest of the night. The weather prevented us from opening.
Tertiary rotation from NA2 to NA1 initially failed and required a direct move command via talk2boxes. Russet edited the map for all of the ports and we tested them, all were successful moves.
