Bill logged in and cleared some space from the windows machine but the PMSS data is currently NOT being recorded. I sent a PR (2024). The one good thing about tonight is we did manage to open and get a few hours on sky. More bad news is that the weather was TERRIBLE!!! LIKE, REALLY TERRIBLE!!!! This is the worst seeing I've ever measured. Nearly 7"! Sloan's measurements NANed at one point. We had high humidity, high wind, and radar everywhere around us. However, while the rain was close at sunset, it miraculously cleared around 22:00. To the atrocious seeing. We had to close due to high winds after a couple hours but reopened for all of UW02's time. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:29 dcamera 81( 592) 14 77 11.2 15.9 17.5 14.9 12.0 -- 3.49 23:39 dcamera 422( 748) 13 33 9.6 11.3 13.1 10.6 9.8 -- 6.79 02:47 arctic 455( 862) -121 42 9.8 9.4 10.3 9.4 9.6 sdss-g 2.98 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 74 31 15 267 (W) 894 ptly cldy none 17:00 73 30 13 267 (W) 801 ptly cldy none 18:00 72 31 10 265 (W) 794 ptly cldy none 19:00 70 28 6 250 (WSW) 866 ptly cldy none 20:00 66 41 6 96 (E) 1804 mstly cldy none 21:00 62 43 12 89 (E) 1391 mstly cldy humid 22:00 58 43 22 75 (ENE) 1151 mstly clr humid 23:00 50 32 24 68 (ENE) clear humid 00:00 49 32 32 78 (ENE) 470 clear humid 01:00 48 32 31 68 (ENE) 405 clear humid 02:00 50 32 21 83 (E) 378 clear humid 03:00 50 32 17 84 (E) 352 clear humid 04:00 49 32 18 73 (ENE) 502 clear humid 05:00 48 31 23 77 (ENE) 346 clear humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
