I did a reinit and had no further problems. Pollen was a bit high tonight but not nearly as bad as yesterday. We were able to stay open all night, sometimes with good seeing even if the wind was coming from the east! There were some clouds around 1am and 3 am but they weren't a big deal and left rather quickly. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:39 ecamera 666( 388) 71 59 17.4 18.5 19.4 18.0 17.6 Clear 1.31 22:10 ecamera 584( 197) 60 61 15.9 16.2 17.2 16.1 15.8 Clear 1.32 00:35 ecamera 430( -53) 8 72 14.2 14.3 15.1 14.1 14.2 Clear 0.94 01:35 ecamera 430( -53) 8 72 14.2 14.3 15.1 14.1 14.2 Clear 0.94 03:47 arctic 543( 1134) -5 36 13.7 13.2 13.9 13.2 13.8 sdss-r 1.71 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 70 30 2 187 (S) 886 clear none 17:00 72 30 5 116 (ESE) 764 clear none 18:00 70 27 14 65 (ENE) 749 clear none 19:00 68 25 18 113 (ESE) 808 clear none 20:00 66 28 11 100 (E) 895 clear none 21:00 63 31 13 88 (E) 1091 clear none 22:00 61 34 14 90 (E) 1374 mstly clr none 23:00 59 34 13 103 (ESE) 1492 ptly cldy none 00:00 58 32 18 114 (ESE) 1568 mstly clr none 01:00 57 32 20 116 (ESE) 1775 clear none 02:00 56 32 14 114 (ESE) 1699 mstly clr none 03:00 57 32 6 67 (ENE) 1671 mstly clr none 04:00 57 32 10 84 (E) 1594 clear none 05:00 58 32 2 352 (N) 1279 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
