However, the winds shifted to the east and we were plagued with poor seeing for a few hours in A half. But it shifted back during B and we were able to get back to subarc seeing. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:15 arctic 529( 587) 131 48 0.1 2.1 2.8 2.2 0.9 sdss-g 2.31 00:19 arctic 515( 475) 80 44 0.8 -0.1 0.6 -0.2 0.3 sdss-r 0.99 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 43 14 10 235 (SW) 455 clear none 17:00 42 12 9 214 (SW) 438 clear none 18:00 37 11 7 90 (E) 594 clear none 19:00 37 10 2 186 (S) 548 clear none 20:00 33 5 9 159 (SSE) 699 mstly clr none 21:00 33 11 14 179 (S) 831 ptly cldy none 22:00 34 17 11 192 (SSW) 598 ptly cldy none 23:00 34 17 10 225 (SW) 656 mstly clr none 00:00 33 18 6 187 (S) 677 mstly clr none 01:00 33 17 10 216 (SW) 553 clear none 02:00 34 17 7 207 (SSW) 485 clear none 03:00 34 17 1 213 (SSW) 483 clear none 04:00 35 15 2 236 (SW) 676 clear none 05:00 35 16 1 216 (SW) 855 clear none 06:00 34 12 6 345 (NNW) 1287 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
