I started the snow program at 18:30. We never opened and I stopped the snow program and bugged out of here about 02:30, with snow appearing on radar to be on the way. I left the telescope parked at 104,75 and all stop buttons out except for the control room. We have about 1/4" of snow on the ground outside as of 02:30 but a big mass of moisture is heading our way down by El Paso. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 29 24 11 245 (WSW) cloudy lt snow 17:00 29 24 13 234 (SW) 425 cloudy lt snow 18:00 28 27 18 234 (SW) cloudy snow 19:00 29 28 18 246 (WSW) cloudy lt snow 20:00 30 29 25 254 (WSW) cloudy lt snow 21:00 30 29 17 256 (WSW) cloudy lt snow 22:00 29 28 21 231 (SW) cloudy lt snow 23:00 30 30 21 251 (WSW) cloudy lt snow 00:00 31 30 19 263 (W) cloudy lt snow 01:00 30 30 25 255 (WSW) cloudy lt snow 02:00 31 32 30 260 (W) cloudy lt snow Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
