Sometimes the clouds caused difficulty especially with guiding, but they weren't bad enough to stop us from getting science data. APOLLO got some really good signal right before the heralds of the next storm arrived - here's hoping for some useful moisture! ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:53 arctic 435( 1090) 83 33 6.7 8.2 7.5 7.4 6.5 sdss-r 0.89 01:24 tcamera 425( 1064) 14 62 6.4 5.1 5.7 5.1 5.3 Ks 1.24 02:53 arctic 435( 953) -62 27 5.9 5.1 5.6 5.2 5.5 sdss_i 0.69 06:32 APOLLO 400( 1569) 274 65 6.9 5.1 5.7 5.2 5.5 530 1.40 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 46 20 4 275 (W) 594 ptly cldy none 17:00 45 18 3 258 (WSW) 514 ptly cldy none 18:00 44 26 7 267 (W) 640 ptly cldy none 19:00 43 27 6 271 (W) 1184 ptly cldy none 20:00 43 27 6 262 (W) 1073 ptly cldy none 21:00 42 28 8 246 (WSW) 1039 ptly cldy none 22:00 41 28 8 232 (SW) 743 mstly clr none 23:00 43 28 7 222 (SW) 772 mstly clr none 00:00 44 30 6 233 (SW) 1548 mstly clr none 01:00 42 28 5 191 (S) 1521 mstly clr none 02:00 43 32 6 189 (S) 1724 mstly clr none 03:00 42 31 7 185 (S) 1559 mstly clr none 04:00 42 32 10 211 (SSW) 1874 mstly clr none 05:00 44 31 15 241 (WSW) 1503 mstly clr none 06:00 44 32 15 235 (SW) 1354 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
