We had a KOSMOS Torrent error when NM01 started taking cals; Russet came to site for troubleshooting. Around 19:45 some of the onsite students had trouble with their TUI connections and the remote ARCSAT user was logged off. NM01 was able to continue observing for about half an hour longer before everyone was disconnected from TUI (including obs1) and we spent the next 2 hours troubleshooting. We had to restart the hub computer, but everything came back working well except for ARCTIC dropping a quad again. Special thanks to Tracey, Russet, Conor, Jose, and Bill for all the work to get us back online and observing with KOSMOS!
