Observing Specialist: D.DeColibus
The dataq box needed to be restarted (issuing low-level commands via tron) at checkout.
Unfortunately, that was the least of our issues. The problem from closing up last night persisted: the telescope refuses to move in the altitude direction. Despite Bill's best efforts at troubleshooting, the telescope was deemed unusable for the night. See PR #1999.
As a small consolation, the weather conditions were too humid to open anyway, and by 10:30 PM we were engulfed in a fog bank that persisted for most of the night.
