They finished at 21:40 and returned the remainder of the time to the normally scheduled observer. 04:11:50 I noticed that during a short slew the Altitude drive (drive error) got really unhappy and started oscillating. Luckily it was a short slew and recovered. Alt 75.5 deg Russet sent out a more detailed description. Connor logged in and reverted the ARCTIC software back to 1.3 and DIDN"T drop a quad. Thank you thank you thank you Connor! ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:57 dcamera 571( 1277) -110 53 16.6 19.8 19.4 19.4 17.6 -- 1.78 21:46 ecamera 367( 7) 90 64 15.9 16.8 17.1 16.3 16.0 ND1 1.00 01:22 tcamera 406( 1270) 230 36 15.5 14.8 15.4 14.5 14.9 Ks 1.27 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 70 35 4 227 (SW) 1424 ptly cldy none 17:00 65 34 7 225 (SW) 1340 ptly cldy none 18:00 67 35 8 204 (SSW) 1311 mstly clr none 19:00 65 34 7 238 (WSW) 1273 clear none 20:00 62 31 6 183 (S) 1203 clear none 21:00 61 30 9 180 (S) 1327 clear none 22:00 61 30 9 180 (S) 1293 clear none 23:00 60 28 7 181 (S) 1348 clear none 00:00 61 29 5 187 (S) 1549 clear none 01:00 60 28 5 187 (S) 1647 clear none 02:00 58 26 5 255 (WSW) 1605 clear none 03:00 58 26 5 237 (WSW) 1730 clear none 04:00 59 26 5 258 (WSW) 1676 clear none 05:00 57 26 9 345 (NNW) 1347 clear none 06:00 59 25 9 2 (N) 1348 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
