First half engineering included arctic dome flat tests, collimation, and several smaller jobs. Second half was peaceful observing, although it's clear the pointing will be a high priority for tomorrow night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 01:24 ecamera 387( -191) 197 78 12.5 12.3 12.9 12.2 12.3 ND2 1.17 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 65 30 8 263 (W) 568 clear none 17:00 66 30 3 301 (WNW) 1532 ptly cldy none 18:00 57 31 15 357 (N) 1914 cloudy lt rain 19:00 56 31 8 355 (N) 758 cloudy lt rain 20:00 55 31 4 270 (W) 1009 ptly cldy none 21:00 57 31 10 328 (NNW) 1111 mstly clr none 22:00 56 30 3 255 (WSW) 1118 ptly cldy none 23:00 56 30 9 309 (NW) 1137 ptly cldy none 00:00 55 30 5 269 (W) 1082 clear none 01:00 54 30 3 352 (N) 1080 clear none 02:00 55 29 1 346 (NNW) 1105 clear none 03:00 54 29 1 244 (WSW) 1205 clear none 04:00 56 30 1 283 (WNW) 1111 clear none 05:00 55 30 6 357 (N) 1139 clear none 06:00 52 28 2 341 (NNW) 1190 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
