It was cloudy, but we got a break around 20:55. Seeing was fair, winds calm. Suckerhole lasted untill 00:00 then it started to cloud up. No rain near us so we powered through it. It cleared somewhat around 01:00. Seeing improved greatly. Clouds began to plague us again around 04:30. We stayed open until dawn. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:01 dcamera 200( 848) 18 56 14.2 18.6 18.7 18.5 15.5 - 1.68 22:32 dcamera 358( 871) 3 58 15.3 15.8 16.3 15.5 15.2 - 1.12 01:15 ecamera 427( -24) 63 82 15.2 15.1 15.7 15.0 15.1 clear 0.77 03:28 ecamera 403( -89) 273 68 14.9 14.1 14.7 14.0 14.3 clear 0.87 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 66 44 12 330 (NNW) 161 ptly cldy none 17:00 68 43 4 299 (WNW) 182 mstly cldy none 18:00 65 41 7 348 (NNW) 140 cloudy none 19:00 64 44 1 218 (SW) 758 cloudy none 20:00 59 34 8 87 (E) 624 mstly clr none 21:00 58 28 9 88 (E) 848 mstly clr none 22:00 60 32 10 90 (E) 642 mstly clr none 23:00 59 32 8 111 (ESE) 615 mstly clr none 00:00 61 31 4 126 (SE) 586 ptly cldy none 01:00 60 31 10 136 (SE) 529 mstly clr none 02:00 58 31 12 146 (SE) 477 mstly clr none 03:00 58 31 14 144 (SE) 460 mstly clr none 04:00 58 30 10 184 (S) 675 ptly cldy none 05:00 58 30 6 190 (S) 689 mstly clr none 06:00 58 29 3 249 (WSW) 756 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
