By 5:30 am there was still no sign of opening and we were not able to observe tonight. Still, the OU01 class was able to do a lot of test slews, guiding, and scripting. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 68 33 7 260 (W) 564 cloudy none 17:00 65 31 6 246 (WSW) 521 cloudy none 18:00 64 30 7 261 (W) 592 cloudy none 19:00 63 28 7 204 (SSW) 592 cloudy none 20:00 61 28 7 205 (SSW) 689 cloudy none 21:00 60 28 3 190 (S) 636 cloudy none 22:00 61 28 1 123 (ESE) 569 cloudy none 23:00 63 28 2 246 (WSW) 562 cloudy none 00:00 61 28 2 256 (WSW) 553 cloudy none 01:00 61 27 2 243 (WSW) 603 cloudy none 02:00 62 28 4 272 (W) 620 cloudy none 03:00 61 27 7 317 (NW) 505 cloudy none 04:00 62 27 5 259 (W) 487 cloudy none 05:00 58 27 6 185 (S) 662 cloudy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
