Poor seeing first half improved to sub-arcsecond during the second half. We observed one target the whole time, and with advance planning and careful choice of rotator position, we never had any difficulties. It was a very peaceful and productive night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:12 AGILE 535( -687) 85 58 18.4 21.8 21.0 21.1 19.6 BG40 1.55 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 76 42 7 238 (WSW) 615 mstly cldy none 17:00 70 38 2 228 (SW) 666 ptly cldy none 18:00 75 40 10 258 (WSW) 646 ptly cldy none 19:00 69 38 7 266 (W) 670 mstly clr none 20:00 65 36 5 198 (SSW) 788 mstly clr none 21:00 65 32 10 180 (S) 694 clear none 22:00 65 32 15 181 (S) 587 clear none 23:00 64 31 13 162 (SSE) 796 clear none 00:00 62 28 15 156 (SSE) 740 clear none 01:00 62 28 15 160 (SSE) 858 clear none 02:00 62 27 9 182 (S) 773 clear none 03:00 64 30 10 192 (SSW) 679 clear none 04:00 64 28 10 196 (SSW) 706 ptly cldy none 05:00 63 28 8 208 (SSW) 706 ptly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
