I opened thinking we would just get a couple of targets and then would have to reclose, but conditions remained usable if not great until dawn. Check out those wonky focus numbers, though - that's what happens when there's no ventilation because the humidity was high until shortly before opening! ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 00:52 ecamera 170( -358) 161 77 13.8 13.4 16.5 12.9 13.9 ND2 1.40 03:42 ecamera 399( -53) 24 56 15.4 14.8 15.4 14.9 15.2 ND1 1.10 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 62 34 16 132 (SE) 757 cloudy rain 17:00 58 31 15 50 (NE) 903 cloudy rain 18:00 58 27 28 62 (ENE) 678 cloudy rain 19:00 58 31 11 83 (E) 666 cloudy rain 20:00 57 28 23 82 (E) 428 cloudy rain 21:00 51 30 36 67 (ENE) cloudy rain 22:00 51 30 27 66 (ENE) cloudy rain 23:00 50 30 16 20 (NNE) cloudy lt rain 00:00 59 30 7 111 (ESE) 338 mstly cldy none 01:00 57 30 8 345 (NNW) 193 ptly cldy none 02:00 59 30 2 95 (E) 182 ptly cldy none 03:00 60 30 12 136 (SE) 358 ptly cldy none 04:00 58 30 13 111 (ESE) 356 mstly clr none 05:00 58 29 9 81 (E) 308 clear none 06:00 58 30 1 89 (E) 301 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
