I reset the echelle in the icc and it was fine. There were thunderstorms all to the east and stayed that way. Some clouds did roll in at sunset and lingered for a bit. Once it cleared up the seeing was moderate. At one point, when the wind shifted, it went above 2". ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:35 ecamera 509( 371) -9 56 20.6 21.5 21.3 21.1 20.6 ND1 1.29 22:52 ecamera 492( 143) -20 76 15.7 17.2 18.0 16.9 15.7 ND1 1.48 01:14 ecamera 414( -28) 122 81 14.8 15.2 16.0 15.1 14.8 clear 1.30 03:06 ecamera 391( -119) 126 78 13.6 13.8 14.4 13.5 13.3 clear 1.53 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 75 38 20 240 (WSW) 1223 ptly cldy none 17:00 75 37 19 223 (SW) 1252 ptly cldy none 18:00 74 34 23 220 (SW) 1024 ptly cldy none 19:00 72 32 21 224 (SW) 891 ptly cldy none 20:00 69 31 21 220 (SW) 870 mstly clr none 21:00 68 26 16 258 (WSW) 1030 mstly cldy none 22:00 64 37 5 180 (S) 989 clear none 23:00 60 43 21 131 (SE) 2188 clear none 00:00 60 42 19 150 (SSE) 1859 clear none 01:00 60 40 16 172 (S) 1618 clear none 02:00 57 42 15 176 (S) 1759 clear none 03:00 56 37 8 169 (S) 1410 clear none 04:00 59 20 13 240 (WSW) 1044 clear none 05:00 57 23 10 236 (SW) 1089 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
