Just as the clouds were thinning an outflow came through from the east and jumbled everthing up, so we stayed closed a while longer until I thought it was safe and maybe we could shoot through. After that we got some successful data for all three programs, along with ARCSAT observations. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 23:43 dcamera 373( 886) -74 70 14.7 15.9 16.2 15.7 14.8 - 1.43 01:14 ecamera 471( 22) -99 38 14.2 14.6 15.1 14.4 14.3 - 1.42 04:48 APOLLO 500( 1714) 102 27 12.8 12.5 13.1 12.4 12.7 530 2.20 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 68 32 15 183 (S) 977 mstly cldy none 17:00 65 30 13 189 (S) 974 mstly cldy none 18:00 65 31 18 194 (SSW) 997 mstly cldy none 19:00 64 30 10 187 (S) 991 cloudy lt rain 20:00 62 31 9 142 (SE) 1105 cloudy none 21:00 62 31 10 181 (S) 1127 cloudy none 22:00 59 36 1 226 (SW) 5679 mstly cldy none 23:00 59 28 14 161 (SSE) 1980 ptly cldy none 00:00 59 27 16 142 (SE) 1146 ptly cldy none 01:00 58 28 17 150 (SSE) 1081 ptly cldy none 02:00 57 29 18 151 (SSE) 1094 ptly cldy none 03:00 56 30 23 146 (SE) 1012 mstly clr none 04:00 55 30 21 152 (SSE) 1182 mstly clr none 05:00 56 30 17 158 (SSE) 1486 clear none 06:00 55 30 14 163 (SSE) 1235 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
