We did not open at sunset. Agile was acting like the blocking filter was in. It ended up being the dark slide on agile. We fixed that and homed the wheel for good measure. Agile was fine. Rain started around 21:40. Rain perisisted until 01:00. After that no rain on site, but radar retrun very near. At 02:45 the returns gave us enough space that we risked an opening. It was partly clouds, with ok seeing. We stayed open till dawn. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 02:50 ecamera 410( -130) 72 65 14.1 13.0 13.2 13.2 13.4 clear 1.24 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 63 29 9 91 (E) 803 ptly cldy none 17:00 69 32 6 214 (SW) 1012 ptly cldy none 18:00 64 30 5 186 (S) 1003 ptly cldy none 19:00 61 27 9 90 (E) 732 mstly cldy none 20:00 59 26 12 91 (E) 1070 mstly cldy none 21:00 58 32 11 97 (E) 1176 cloudy lt rain 22:00 51 31 10 254 (WSW) 1799 cloudy rain 23:00 55 31 6 185 (S) 1373 cloudy lt rain 00:00 55 31 17 168 (SSE) 1236 cloudy lt rain 01:00 54 31 14 175 (S) 1118 mstly cldy none 02:00 55 31 20 157 (SSE) 1176 ptly cldy none 03:00 57 31 8 187 (S) 1524 ptly cldy none 04:00 58 31 14 185 (S) 1262 ptly cldy none 05:00 57 31 15 188 (S) 1645 mstly clr none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
