Observing Specialist: R.McMillan
Telescope reopened after 10-week shutdown.  I completed these tasks, including a weather closure during the evening:
axis restarts
rotators zeroed (some trouble with Agile rotator)
ARCTIC sky flat script checkout (almost there, needs some work)
DIS focus and contamination check (red is somewhat worse, blue is... maybe better?)
Collimation check (made a moderate change, will recheck after telescope settles)
Pointing model (pointing is great!)
APOLLO checkout (needs some work)
The telescope and most instruments are ready to do.  Agile rotator and DIS cart need some attention.
