We were not able to open all night but we Zoomed trained. The rain sensor went off at 23:50 but there wasn't any rain. I think the high humidity was just too much for it. The class needed to be on sky by 5:00 to do their science and by 4:00 there was no sign of the fog stopping and rain was on the way. We called it a 4:00. Arctic had a dropped quad during check out but, as I wouldn't be able to give it my full attention, I left it as a job for tomorrow after CU logs out. We are expected to be rained out so I should have the time to devote to the issue. As a note, DIS DISmouted beautifully tonight! ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 48 31 17 269 (W) 91 mstly cldy none 17:00 47 31 15 272 (W) 57 mstly cldy none 18:00 46 31 15 246 (WSW) 69 mstly cldy none 19:00 45 31 14 265 (W) 85 mstly cldy humid 20:00 44 31 14 255 (WSW) mstly cldy humid 21:00 44 31 14 264 (W) mstly cldy fog 22:00 43 31 12 266 (W) cloudy humid 23:00 43 31 16 280 (W) cloudy none 00:00 42 31 19 276 (W) cloudy none 01:00 42 30 12 273 (W) cloudy fog 02:00 42 31 17 269 (W) cloudy fog 03:00 41 31 14 267 (W) cloudy fog 04:00 41 32 15 282 (WNW) cloudy fog Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
