Observing Specialist: C.Gray
The night started with high winds and some clouds, then the wind got worse (approaching 40mph) and the dust started increasing. The wind started calming down around 21:00 and we were able to open. But the clouds were a pain. By 23:00 they were thick enough that they were inhibiting observing and, though we were open, we were never able to punch through after that. I did get one little 3 min window to focus DIS at one point during B half and then nothing. Given the winds, seeing was terrible :(
