Observing Specialist: T.Rudyk
Evening started cloudy, windy with precip on radar just to the north of us. Due to high winds, the AZ axis was not slew-tested.  We did not open at sunset. Radar returns persisted as humidity rose. By 20:30 snow began on site. Not having enough time left, UV ceded one hour to OU03. Winds died down, though snow perisisted despite clearing skies. After 23:00 it looked like we could open, but humidity began to creep over limits again. Humidity did not show a true downward trend until after midnight, and then we opened. Humidity began to bounce back around 02:30. We pushed the limit until 03:05, then closed. Humidity dropped and we opened at 3:57, only to have humidity spike again closing us down at 04:43. We stayed closed.
