We had clouds, some rain, and light fog all night. But the good news is that DIS didn't seem to have any trouble tonight with mounting or DISmounting! There's almost no hope of observing tomorrow. :( I think there might be an issue with the 3.5m Optidew and TSL sensors. The humidity reports vary greatly from each other and, while the TSL values fluctuate, the Optidew does not (reporting 100% all night). It is quiet humid but the numbers should fluctuate even with fog. I created a PR. If the TSL was correct then the humidity would have been safe enough to open (I wouldn't have because of all the rain nearby), but as I could see my breath in the dome while temps were well above freezing, I'm pretty sure the TSL's value of 70% humidity wasn't accurate. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 39 32 4 350 (N) cloudy humid 17:00 41 32 8 311 (NW) cloudy humid 18:00 41 32 10 288 (WNW) cloudy lt rain 19:00 43 32 14 269 (W) cloudy humid 20:00 42 32 13 273 (W) cloudy humid 21:00 41 31 11 285 (WNW) mstly cldy humid 22:00 41 31 17 283 (WNW) mstly cldy humid 23:00 41 31 10 267 (W) mstly cldy humid 00:00 39 32 13 261 (W) mstly cldy fog 01:00 39 31 12 312 (NW) cloudy fog 02:00 40 32 13 265 (W) cloudy fog 03:00 39 32 7 271 (W) cloudy fog 04:00 40 31 9 315 (NW) cloudy fog Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
