Otherwise, the night waa pretty uneventful. Some cirrus around sunset cleared up within a couple hours, although they did occasionally show up again during A half. By midnight, we had excellent seeing. The night was uneventful except for ACP on ARCSAT throwing an error around 06:20: Run-time error '-2147352567 (80020009)': Link fail Starting ACP back up fixed it. The ARCSAT motors were left on at Bill's request. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:11 APOLLO 550( 1575) 43 68 6.4 9.1 8.9 8.8 7.6 530 1.20 18:16 arctic 508( 800) 47 41 5.4 7.0 7.3 6.3 5.8 SDSS_r 0.90 00:03 ecamera 504( -538) -39 61 2.6 2.3 3.5 2.6 2.7 ND4 0.67 Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 46 14 5 218 (SW) 96 mstly clr none 17:00 45 12 5 197 (SSW) 110 mstly clr none 18:00 43 12 3 194 (SSW) 75 clear none 19:00 41 14 1 176 (S) 61 clear none 20:00 40 15 5 187 (S) 16 clear none 21:00 41 8 3 201 (SSW) 124 mstly clr none 22:00 41 12 7 210 (SSW) 32 mstly clr none 23:00 38 14 9 202 (SSW) 26 clear none 00:00 36 13 9 216 (SW) 46 clear none 01:00 37 5 6 232 (SW) 130 clear none 02:00 37 5 7 247 (WSW) 172 clear none 03:00 35 6 9 241 (WSW) 186 clear none 04:00 33 7 11 270 (W) 183 clear none 05:00 33 1 14 269 (W) 271 clear none 06:00 35 -4 16 270 (W) 357 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
