We had beautiful clear skies with good seeing! However, I needed to defocus for arctic (we couldn't use the diffuser and keep desired stars isolated) and I did not note the focus. at 1:50 am images stopped recording (arctic and guider) and we were given an error that the hub35m disk was full. After calling Shane and Russet and deleting old data, we were able to start taking images again. Dataq needed a restart around 4am. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CU02 R T/S 01:50 02:08 Computer ran out of space ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:49 ecamera 601( 136) -30 27 12.0 14.0 13.6 13.6 12.4 ND3 1.51 06:02 arctic 500( 878) 186 78 9.7 9.3 9.8 9.4 9.2 sdss-i 1.02 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 57 28 8 219 (SW) 2400 clear none 17:00 55 25 8 223 (SW) 2562 clear none 18:00 55 22 6 253 (WSW) 2317 clear none 19:00 54 19 8 255 (WSW) 1966 clear none 20:00 53 18 7 224 (SW) 2266 clear none 21:00 54 17 12 215 (SW) 1278 clear none 22:00 53 17 9 231 (SW) 1344 clear none 23:00 52 17 9 215 (SW) 1379 clear none 00:00 51 18 6 258 (WSW) 1800 clear none 01:00 50 21 8 231 (SW) 2199 clear none 02:00 50 24 8 237 (WSW) 2471 clear none 03:00 49 25 10 262 (W) 3748 clear none 04:00 49 27 9 266 (W) 4197 clear none 05:00 49 26 8 264 (W) 4131 clear none 06:00 49 26 12 289 (WNW) 4480 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
