At 20:40 I noticed the light flashing in the dome camera and went up to check, when I found both valves closed. I opened them and the echelle started filling. I waited about 20 mins and then did a force fill again (stop and start of the fill sequence) just to make sure the tanks were filled completely. No problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- FAILURE MODE TIME PROG INSTR TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:45 ecamera 566( -557) -98 49 0.2 0.4 0.4 0.5 0.2 ND1 1.20 19:15 ecamera 455( -691) -116 42 0.1 -0.2 0.1 -0.3 0.1 ND3 1.50 00:12 NICFPS 420( 637) 150 56 -1.1 -1.8 -1.6 -2.0 -1.8 Ks 1.00 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 35 -2 15 271 (W) 70 clear none 17:00 33 8 12 273 (W) 195 clear none 18:00 32 6 17 265 (W) 73 clear none 19:00 32 6 13 261 (W) 67 clear none 20:00 32 5 8 234 (SW) 52 clear none 21:00 30 2 17 228 (SW) 84 clear none 22:00 29 4 19 222 (SW) 101 clear none 23:00 29 6 15 239 (WSW) 113 clear none 00:00 30 7 22 223 (SW) 149 clear none 01:00 29 8 17 248 (WSW) 268 clear none 02:00 29 9 18 203 (SSW) 329 clear none 03:00 28 9 20 228 (SW) 419 clear none 04:00 26 9 13 242 (WSW) 477 clear none 05:00 25 9 24 239 (WSW) 296 clear none 06:00 26 9 14 265 (W) 254 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
