Gcam needed a hub restart at checkout. The beginning of the night started out well, with clear skies and moderate seeing. But then the humidity started going up and the clouds appeared around midnight. Fog was starting to roll over us so I closed up. It started raining at 1 am along with winds near 40mph and there just wasn't any hope after that. The humidity and clouds stayed high the whole time with fog rolling in and out. I called it quits at 5:15. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18:30 dcamera 512( 1026) 104 71 13.7 15.9 15.8 15.6 14.1 -- 1.11 20:01 dcamera 452( 901) 78 47 14.0 14.2 14.7 13.9 13.8 -- 1.31 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 63 40 18 236 (SW) clear none 17:00 64 42 14 207 (SSW) clear none 18:00 62 40 20 218 (SW) clear none 19:00 57 39 18 206 (SSW) clear none 20:00 58 39 17 193 (SSW) clear none 21:00 57 39 15 196 (SSW) clear none 22:00 57 38 16 183 (S) clear none 23:00 58 41 20 183 (S) clear humid 00:00 55 50 17 159 (SSE) mstly cldy fog 01:00 55 53 21 152 (SSE) mstly cldy rain 02:00 56 54 11 195 (SSW) mstly cldy humid 03:00 57 54 25 189 (S) cloudy fog 04:00 56 55 21 169 (S) cloudy fog 05:00 55 53 24 181 (S) cloudy fog Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
