Bias image looked odd with horizontal line/streaks in it. I decided to try another bias frame first to make sure it didn't clear itself before I took more drastic measures (power cycle). The image looked fine after the second bias (this was not the case on Thursday when it happened). Calibration spectra also looked fine after the 2nd bias as well. Pesky clouds during the 2nd half of the night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:16 dcamera 397( 1224) 177 63 20.1 22.5 22.1 22.3 20.4 -- 1.10 01:14 APOLLO 425( 1854) 69 54 18.1 17.6 18.2 17.5 17.5 -- 1.10 02:15 ecamera 339( 3) 20 57 17.8 17.3 17.9 17.1 17.3 Clear 0.90 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 75 30 13 262 (W) 220 clear none 17:00 74 32 15 293 (WNW) 233 mstly clr none 18:00 72 30 10 274 (W) 270 mstly clr none 19:00 68 31 3 254 (WSW) 277 ptly cldy none 20:00 68 31 2 311 (NW) 251 ptly cldy none 21:00 68 32 8 267 (W) 287 mstly clr none 22:00 66 35 11 269 (W) 386 mstly clr none 23:00 65 32 15 285 (WNW) 287 mstly clr none 00:00 64 29 13 283 (WNW) 285 ptly cldy none 01:00 65 24 11 289 (WNW) 337 ptly cldy none 02:00 64 24 5 308 (NW) 241 ptly cldy none 03:00 65 25 4 349 (N) 224 ptly cldy none 04:00 66 30 6 347 (NNW) 322 ptly cldy none 05:00 66 30 8 319 (NW) 193 mstly cldy none 06:00 64 28 2 352 (N) 248 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
