We lost a few minutes in the switchover due to difficulty moving DIS and a misunderstanding regarding guider focus offsets. Second half observers reported a change in instrument header cards, which apparently affects all instruments. Reported as a PR. No other problems tonight. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:52 dcamera 629( 1364) 240 46 16.1 18.1 18.8 17.2 16.5 -- 1.74 22:19 dcamera 585( 1153) 288 36 14.2 14.7 15.5 14.3 14.2 -- 1.62 00:33 arctic 567( 1311) 60 38 13.3 13.3 13.9 13.1 13.3 CU VR 1.09 Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 78 35 3 261 (W) 814 mstly clr none 17:00 72 29 1 41 (NE) 644 mstly clr none 18:00 72 21 0 20 (NNE) 431 mstly clr none 19:00 67 27 11 85 (E) 737 mstly clr none 20:00 63 30 14 90 (E) 942 mstly clr none 21:00 61 31 18 77 (ENE) 1254 mstly clr none 22:00 59 33 17 80 (E) 1396 mstly clr none 23:00 58 34 17 85 (E) 1619 clear none 00:00 57 32 22 74 (ENE) 1780 clear none 01:00 56 32 18 87 (E) 1893 clear none 02:00 56 32 20 84 (E) 2054 clear none 03:00 55 32 11 39 (NE) 1926 clear none 04:00 57 30 8 86 (E) 1277 clear none 05:00 59 24 9 125 (SE) 770 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
