I took an IOL at midnight and the end of the night. restarted Hub and TCC reset axis controllers (alt,az, na2, Agile) Leveled NA2 rotator -0.170 Russet worked on the majority of on sky engineering while I worked on ARCSAT engineering tasks. We got a bulk of the tasks finished tonight. I think only throughput is left on the list. Russet sent out a separate 3.5m Engineering night log and I sent out a ARCSAT Engineering night log as well. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:33 ecamera 400( 176) 221 66 16.2 16.2 16.6 15.8 15.8 ND3 0.89 00:48 dcamera 573( 1149) 193 69 16.3 15.3 15.8 15.2 15.5 -- 1.25 01:52 shack 500( 1859) 217 58 15.6 14.8 15.4 14.7 14.7 -- 0.90 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 71 28 22 221 (SW) 605 mstly clr none 17:00 69 28 21 214 (SW) 588 clear none 18:00 69 26 10 211 (SSW) 599 clear none 19:00 66 22 17 239 (WSW) 711 clear none 20:00 62 20 13 223 (SW) 889 clear none 21:00 59 21 11 255 (WSW) 984 clear none 22:00 61 18 13 256 (WSW) 840 clear none 23:00 61 16 11 258 (WSW) 766 clear none 00:00 61 16 12 257 (WSW) 566 clear none 01:00 61 16 9 254 (WSW) 383 clear none 02:00 60 16 11 237 (WSW) 461 clear none 03:00 58 18 10 218 (SW) 542 clear none 04:00 55 27 7 171 (S) 716 clear none 05:00 53 30 9 165 (SSE) 676 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
