There was a front moving toward us quickly, but some clear sky opened up ahead of it. The clear sky stayed with us, and the system coming toward us fell apart. Skies stayed clear with good seeing until dawn. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp Strc Prim Sec Air filt FWHM -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:11 arctic 665( 1344) 19 55 9.0 12.2 11.3 12.2 10.1 SDSS_g 1.79 23:11 arctic 553( 1084) 195 71 9.8 9.5 10.0 9.5 9.7 WASH_C 0.84 23:53 arctic 559( 1078) 211 67 9.5 9.3 9.8 9.2 9.2 SDSS_u 1.18 01:19 tcamera 573( 1124) 244 51 9.4 8.7 9.3 8.4 8.6 Ks 0.86 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:00 55 22 12 3 (N) 451 ptly cldy none 17:00 55 23 6 216 (SW) 485 ptly cldy none 18:00 52 21 11 249 (WSW) 453 mstly cldy none 19:00 53 21 6 258 (WSW) 390 ptly cldy none 20:00 49 20 5 258 (WSW) 429 mstly clr none 21:00 50 20 7 285 (WNW) 326 mstly clr none 22:00 50 20 14 16 (NNE) 354 mstly clr none 23:00 50 18 13 35 (NE) 350 mstly clr none 00:00 49 18 4 298 (WNW) 317 clear none 01:00 49 18 2 214 (SW) 322 clear none 02:00 47 19 6 266 (W) 287 clear none 03:00 47 19 2 222 (SW) 353 clear none 04:00 46 19 4 259 (W) 320 clear none 05:00 46 18 2 253 (WSW) 297 clear none 06:00 44 17 1 332 (NNW) 298 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
